   I'm very overdue to express my appreciation, I'm realizing we have worked together for 20years!!!  First, I thank you for 20 years of consistent, high quality crown and bridge restorations. I am very grateful that I can count on zero to very few adjustments on your crowns.  Most of the time I don't have to adjust them at all!!!!  I also love that I can count on you to stay current on the materials, research, and processing protocols.  This has made my life as a dentist enjoyable, and I and my patients can be confident we are receiving the best possible quality I can offer.

  I have had a long working relationship with Rod, Gary, David Smothermon and their team. They produce beautiful restorations that usually fit with little to no adjustments. These are the types of restorations that make doing dentistry fun. If I send a photo of adjacent teeth they will add life like characteristics to any restoration. They are also willing to go the extra mile. Recently before leaving on vacation I had a restoration that was slightly off in the aesthetic zone. Gary came to my office, added the appropriate color and baked it so that my patient could have the restoration seating within the hour. This was an amazing gift to me and my patient. She received her crown and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my patient was in a definitive restoration and not a temporary one. The kind of dedication and excellent work I get from Cosmetic Dental Arts with every restoration is rare to find in today’s labs.

  I have been working with Cosmetic Dental Arts for 10 years now and still continue to enjoy a higher quality of Lab work. The margins are perfect, the aesthetics are beautiful and perhaps even more importantly communication is excellent. There is another plus to working with Gary, he understands the business of dentistry and has gone the extra mile to find a solution for us dentists and working with PPO providers.  I highly recommend you sit down with Gary and listen to what he knows with an open mind. What he has in knowledge has allowed me to take back control from insurance and offer my patients the full range of modern dental materials available while being paid fairly for them.  It is wonderful to work with a person and a lab that understands what we do allowing me to be confident in my restorations and quality provided for friends, family and all my patients.

I am incredibly impressed with this Dental Lab! The staff is very friendly and professional. The professional who worked with me, Gary Smotherman is exceptionally competent, kind and caring about his work. The other staff I met or talked with on the phone were very warm, kind and helpful. The precision and care I was given along with a perfect product was so appreciated. The product, my new tooth is so natural and a perfect match for my smile.  I have worked with Cosmetic Dental Arts for almost 3 years now. I am dentist based out of Shoreline and I have tried other labs in the area and in the country and have not found a lab that meets the quality and artistry that I found with Cosmetic Dental Arts. The work that they create is unparalleled and they stand behind it. As a family owned business they provide great customer service with a personal touch. They have great two way communication, which is great on particularly difficult cases, and will help you achieve your ideal desired result. They are not only excellent with me and my staff but very welcoming to patients we send in for custom shade work. Lab work has always been delivered on time.

Crowns from this lab are not only great quality but they are beautiful. They do great shading and characterization that make the crowns look so natural. Crown seats take 15 min start to finish. I rarely have to adjust a crown when seating it and the ones I do adjust are very minor adjustments. I have patients comment on how great the crowns feel and how natural they feel compared to other crowns they have had in their lifetime.

 Gary was amazing throughout the entire process. When I opted for crowns to fix some grinding I had done on my front teeth, I was very hesitant on the outcome. Gary walked me through every step, he was patient with my questions and his attention to detail crushed those doubts. I am now almost 3 months post op and the crowns blend beautifully with my natural teeth. I smile with confidence now. Thank you!

 My crowns were ugly and I was fortunate my dentist sent me to Gary at Cosmetic Dental Arts for replacement crowns. Gary didn't just look at models of my mouth, he brought me in for pictures and measurements and took mold after mold until he was satisfied he would be able to make perfect teeth to match my existing teeth. Later, he brought me back for custom shading and "painted" my crowns with the detailing they needed to look real right down to the fine lines and highlights. I can't say enough good about this lab and the people working in it. My two front teeth are beautiful and make me so happy. If you need work done, get it done here. They do it right.- J Henley
